Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 3–5 business days. We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 SAR within Saudi Arabia. Orders under 300 SAR have a flat shipping fee of 25 SAR.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Saudi Arabia only. We're working on expanding to other GCC countries soon — stay tuned!

Products & Quality

What materials do you use?
All our clothing is made from soft cotton, handcrafted with love. Our feeding accessories are made from food-grade silicone.

Are your products suitable for newborns?
Yes — every Baboo piece is designed with newborns in mind: soft fabrics, flat seams to prevent irritation, and gentle, carefully chosen materials.

How should I wash Baboo clothing?
Machine wash at 30°C with a gentle baby detergent. Avoid chemical bleach. Dry in shade. We recommend washing new items before first use.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
Exchanges within 14 days of delivery and returns within 7 days. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How do I request an exchange?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello@baboo.sa with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process.

Can I get a refund?
Yes. Return your order within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you within 5-7 business days to the same payment method you used.

Gifts & Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All Baboo orders come with complimentary gift wrapping. Simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout and add a personal message.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Of course. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship it directly with your gift message included — no prices shown on the packaging.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, mada, and STC Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and our payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details.
